At PerFit Health and Wellness, we make achieving your health and fitness goals easy and enjoyable. We have worked alongside registered dietitians to create a unique and effortlessly effective nutrition program guaranteed to help you lose weight.

We don’t believing in dieting (in fact, we call it the “D” word). We don’t encourage expensive meal replacement bars and shakes, nor do we advocate the use of dangerous diet pills.

Instead of giving you a boring and bland “one size fits all” meal template for you to blindly follow, we work with you to educate you on the foods you are eating and ultimately create realistic meal plan with the foods want to eat!

As with all of our services, we make sure there is no stone left unturned. We will cover every aspect with you so you can confidently continue your success once your time with us has finished

Currently we offer complete 8 and 12 week programs in which we cover we cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your nutrition program.
This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition education AND implementation components that are required for getting serious results. We have clients that come for just meal plan design and then follow through with their programs on their own and we also have clients that meet with us weekly to update and tweak their eating plans to ensure maximum results.
