What is Boot Camp?
PerFit Boot Camp is for everybody. With an amazing health and fitness family that support you every step of the way. You will come for the workout and stay for the community. We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service with qualified, passionate coaches. It doesn’t matter where you start, you only have to begin.
All sessions are constantly varied and are able to be modified for individual needs. Rain, hail or shine you always get a great workout 6 days a week with our massive indoor and outdoor space. Those who take on the PerFit Boot Camp achieve great results and importantly have a great time doing it.
Regardless of your age or fitness history, you can be a part of the PerFit Family and begin transforming your body fast. Sessions go for 60 mins which can include a mixture of everything from tyre’s, kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, sandbags, rowers, boxing, functional movements to name a few. With multiple times each day, 6 days a week there’s a Boot Camp available that will suit you.
