Weight loss is generally a progressive and ongoing process that requires a good balanced diet (most important part), carefully prescribed exercise (fitness componenet rather than weight loss), and often also requires ongoing support (or counselling for want of a better word)  in the form of motivation and education to teach an individual how things will react within their bodies and why they react within their bodies.</description>

		<description>Very true... instead of a mid morning/afternoon replacement snack... i can be caught having a small white choc skim mocha at gloria jeans... mmm...( 1-2 times a week, just incase my trainer is reading this :) Definitely peps me up...</description>
